Saint Heliers Bay Reno
This remarkable renovation of a 1940s family home in Auckland’s St Heliers, designed by Natasha Bozic of Designns Interior Design, is a true celebration of thoughtful detail and timeless luxury. From the breathtaking master ensuite—where Charme Illusion marble, fluted Colosseum Crystal White mosaics, and Abstract White tiles combine in a harmonious layering of texture and tone—to the charming powder room with its ornate wallpaper, brushed brass accents, and a repeated use of the Colosseum Crystal White mosaic for cohesion, every space has been meticulously crafted. The result is a home that feels both elegant and uplifting, seamlessly blending unique character with a refined sense of connection throughout.

Welcome to “The Tiny Timber Project” built by The Timber Project Ltd.
Nestled on the slopes of Tihiotonga the highest peak at the southern end of Rotorua, the newly built tiny home offers stunning views of Lake Rotorua. The 65sqm architecturally designed space offers a full kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. The 10mm grooved ply runs from floor to the apex to provide high ceilings and a beautiful finishing to the airy and relaxing space. The kitchen fit out was completed by Creative Craftsman who enhanced the high pitch ceilings with their cabinetry.
