due to covid-19 restictions our dispatch timeframes are currently up to 5 working days with further delays with freight providers. Please order well in advance and allow 7-10 days for order collection and deliveries with this in mind.
How much will my freight cost?
Place your desired tiles in the shopping cart and select the delivery location on check out and you will see the freight cost with our freight calculator.
Avoid shipping costs and pick up your order from your nearest Tile Depot store. Simply buy online and select the Free pick up in store option. All orders are dispatched from our Auckland distribution centre so will usually be available 24-48 hours from ordering, depending on freight cut off times and weekend orders will be processed Monday.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Online orders will usually be dispatched within 3-4 days, week day dispatch only. We use third party freight providers and will send you consignment details on dispatch to allow you to track and trace. Most North Island freight will be delivered within a further 2-3 days of dispatch and South island 5- 7 days depending on location. Most freight companies will not hand unload so pallets will be trolley jacked onto the ground and the customer is responsible for getting goods undercover or inside. Alternatively orders can be collected from the nearest freight yard.
On delivery, verify that the goods are as selected and that the shade, sizing and grading are acceptable. Claims regarding these items cannot be accepted after fixing.
It is your responsibility to unpack and load the tiles into a safe location for installation or storage. Checking your delivery before signing delivery docket
If goods are damaged – Mark the consignment note as "Damaged" and any other details so that claim can be made with the transport company.
