Floating flooring system with pre attached underlay.
-6mm perimeter gap required. Areas that are exposed to direct sunlight and temperatures over 40°C or subject to significant temperature fluctuations, the expansion joint should be increased to 10mm.
-Not suitable for areas exceeding 50°C direct sunlight temperatures.
-Floor prep: less than 5mm over 3m.
-A moisture barrier is recommended on all installs over concrete.
-Skirtings must be removed prior to installation.
-Skirtings should not be siliconed in open planed areas
-Please read E3 alternate flooring requirements for wet areas (available for download)
-Not suitable over underfloor heating.

SpecificationsNote: Wastage is not an exact science. Some projects require more than others depending on how the tiles are laid out in each room and how much cutting is required. We recommend a minimum of 10% wastage to be included. Larger tiles often require more wastage. Due to availability you should ensure you have enough to keep spares for future requirements, we cannot guarantee more stock will be available or that future shipments will be a similar batch tone, size or colour.
We highly recommend you purchase samples before you place a final order. Different computer screen settings can affect the appearance of the tiles based on screen resolution. Batch manufactured tiles will vary with every shipment
