Simply buy online and select the Free pick up in store* option.
All orders are dispatched from our Auckland distribution centre so will usually be available at the local branch within 48 hours** from ordering, depending on freight cut off times. Weekend orders will be processed Monday.
Keep in mind that Tiles are Heavy! Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle to collect your order in one pickup. A trailer is generally the easiest way to pick up your order.
*Please note: Tile Depot Queenstown and our reseller network have a higher price point to allow for additional freight into the South Island. Please check with your nearest store for local pricing or proceed to checkout where a freight charge will be calculated and loaded.
