The Sequoia series is an Italian range of woodgrain porcelain tiles. Quite possibly one of our most realistic timber porcelain replicas yet. The entire series has a fantastic depth of colour with knots and grains that look and feel like authentic timber. Sequoia Red Cherry is a mid to dark reddish-brown tile with dark charcoal coloured grains and knots and flecks of orange. It has an almost burnt effect. Whilst there is only a slight variation in tone and shade between the tiles, there is great variation in the pattern of grains and knots adding to that authentic timber appearance. A very warm and inivting wood-look porcelain. Hard wearing you can use this tile in any residential and light commercial interior location, floors and walls. 150x900mm, non rectified, gorgeous.

|Size: ?Tile sizes are nominal. They will seldom be to the exact nominated size , and will vary from batch to batch||150 x 900|
| PEI: ?PEI rating is a measurement of the tiles resistance to abrasion i.e. how much wear and tear the tile can handle It is measured on a scale from 1 to 5 which fit into the following categories:|
PEI 0 & 1 WALL TILES ONLY
PEI 2 LIGHT TRAFFIC I.E BATHROOM FLOORS
PEI 3 MOST RESIDENTIAL APPLICATIONS
PEI 4 LIGHT COMMERCIAL
PEI 5 HEAVY COMMERCIAL AND INTENSE TRAFFIC
Unfortunately not all factories test their products. Generally, dark colours will have lower PEI ratings than light colours.
|Antislip Rating: ?There are two main slip testing methods for tiles adhered to in NZ. Firstly the ramp test is a scale from R9 ? R13. The higher the number the higher the resistance to slip. For most antislip applications R10 is considered suitable although sloping or swimming pool areas may require R11 or higher. The second is called a pendulum test which offers a scale that reflects the likelihood of slipping. Z = Very High, Y = High, X = Moderate, W = Low and V = Very Low Risk of slipping.||Z|
| Variation: ?Variance is the amount of variation in tone or shading within the tiles |
V1: Uniform appearance
V2: Slight variation
V3: Moderate variation
V4: Substantial variation
|Weight: ?Weight shown is in kilograms and is for 1m².||19 kg per m²|
|Rectified: ?Rectified tiles are put through an additional process in production which cuts the edge of the tile more accurately to size. This allows you to use smaller grout joints.||No|
|Sealing Required: ?Sealing is required on some unglazed tiles. The process of 'polishing' unglazed porcelain can open up microscopic pores which will trap dirt over time. Most polished tiles the tile depot imports are pre-sealed at the factory using nanotechnology. There is no harm in sealing anyway, a penetrating sealer is a one off process that paints on at a very cost effective price.||No|
|m² Per Box:||1.215|
|Tiles Per Pack:||9|
Note: Wastage is not an exact science. Some projects require more than others depending on how the tiles are laid out in each room and how much cutting is required. We recommend a minimum of 10% wastage to be included. Larger tiles often require more wastage. Due to availability you should ensure you have enough to keep spares for future requirements, we cannot guarantee more stock will be available or that future shipments will be a similar batch tone, size or colour.
We highly recommend you purchase samples before you place a final order. Different computer screen settings can affect the appearance of the tiles based on screen resolution. Batch manufactured tiles will vary with every shipment
