Delivery Time & Freight

Most orders can be dispatched within 24 hours from the time the payment is received. We use a variety of reputable trucking companies to deliver tiles to our customers, each of these companies have their own policies regarding dates and times of delivery. We will provide you with all the information regarding your order, i.e. the carrier, their freight docket number and their phone number so that if you wish to you can track your order.

Carriers require a contact phone number to verify that someone is there to accept the order, and it is your responsibility to make arrangements for delivery, and ensuring that there is enough manpower to offload the tiles.


As a general guideline, floor tiles weigh approximately 20kg per metre square and wall tiles 15kg. From there you can calculate a reasonably accurate quote from the below  destination rates. These are shown per tonne (1000kg). Please note they also have a minimum charge (which means it is often best to courier small orders) and can charge hand unloading fees and rural delivery fees.

Acceptance of Delivery

Once an order has been delivered and accepted, you assume all responsibility for the tiles. Any claims for defects or damage must be noted at the time of delivery, and we must be informed straight away. As the products are discontinued lines, you should order as soon as you are sure of the quantity required. Usually the order quantity is calculated as Net Area + 10% to cover wastage. WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCORRECT MEASUREMENTS.

Checks before Installation

Because tiles are batch manufactured at very high temperatures variations can occur. Therefore it is important that you read the instructions on the manufacturers packaging and ensure that the shading, sizing and quality are acceptable before laying. THERE ARE NO CLAIMS ON THE ITEMS AFTER INSTALLATION.  

Remedies for Defective Material

International Grading Standards permit minor defects in up to 5% of tiles in any one batch. Such tiles can usually be used for cutting. In the unlikely event your purchase includes a higher proportion of defects, please contact us immediately.

We will require only a digital image via email or an actual sample clearly showing the defect. Once we have determined that the TILES are defective we will either:

1)       immediately issue a replacement once the tiles are on the way back to our warehouse by our designated carrier, or

2)       issue you a refund once the tiles have been received by our warehouse

Monetary considerations for consequential damages or inconvenience are not allowed.

Cancelled Order/Returns Policy & Refunds

Once an order has been placed it can be cancelled without any penalty IF the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

If the order has been despatched refunds will be given on full unopened boxes returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are returned to our warehouse in good saleable condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. A 20% handling fee will apply on all returns.

NB: The images aim to portray the actual likeness of the tiles in terms of colour – however due to individual settings of the browser, we cannot guarantee the accuracy.
